But first, let’s get this straight. I’m not an expert when it comes to food. I just love to eat, try different flavors, different cuisines. I love the explosion of flavors in my mouth.
My parents used to tell me that I was a picky eater and was so thin back then. I was always underweight. It was in college when I started to really love food – thanks to my classmates and room mates. From eating at fast food chains to discovering great eats around the area.
Somehow, this blog is a journey of how I slowly accepted food and eventually became healthy. I tend to balance my food, from satisfying my cravings which is usually on the unhealthy side to eating healthy food. And sweating it all out through exercise.
